Copies are available for years 1985 through the current year.

To place an order for a copy of the proceedings book by email using credit card payment, please complete the form below below and submit it via email.

If you wish to order by mail and pay by check, send a letter containing the information from the form below, with the check payment drawn against a US bank in US dollars, to the address listed in the Contact Information button.

If you wish to order by fax and pay by credit card, send a letter (or printed copy of the form below) containing the information from the form below to the fax number listed in the Contact Information button.

Each Proceedings of the Annual Avian Medicine and Surgery Conference printed or electronic copy is $50, plus shipping for printed copies.

Shipping of printed copies is $5 each "book rate" within the US. Air shipping is $11 each in North America or $19 each elsewhere in the world.

Electronic copies in pdf format are shipped free to valid email addresses only.
