▲ Tired of going to huge conferences where everyone is too busy running from program to program to listen to you?
▲ Have you ever brought your display and found that there were so many exhibitors that few attendees had time to spend with yours, even if they wanted to?
▲ When there are thousands of attendees, how much time can you devote to any one prospective customer?
▲ Do you wish the conference could be more interested in assisting the exhibitors?

▲ Sunday’s breaks are staggered so there will be attendees in the Exhibitors Gallery longer.
▲ All breaks and a reception are held in exhibitor area. (We know food attracts attendees to the Exhibitors Gallery.)
▲ We welcome you to sponsor a hospitality suite or meal where you can talk in more depth with the attendees. The attendees have free time during lunch on Sunday. Also, Sunday evening, most people are not involved in the wet lab. Also, you could sponsor an early morning breakfast on Sunday or Monday! If you do, we could announce your event in the conference registration confirmations or in the registration packet at the beginning of the conference. The attendees could “RSVP” directly to you.
▲ Sunday, just before the start of the conference, we provide the exhibitors with the list of attendees and their contact information; so the exhibitors will not spend precious time getting people’s contact information.
▲ If you can not participate on Sunday, please let us know. We likely can make arrangements for you to have an exhibit on Monday.
▲ We really appreciate our exhibitors; so we will try hard to make special arrangements for you! Please just ask.
▲ The cost of our exhibit tables is only our cost because we really would like you to participate.
Who attends the MASAAV Conferences?
The veterinarians and technicians who come to MASAAV conferences are there to focus on birds and their care. However, well over 90% of the attendees are from mixed practices and are very interested in products and services related to all kinds of animals. So if you have anything to offer someone working with birds, or any exotics, even if your main concentration is on other species, you are most welcome. Also, if you offer something that can make a veterinary practice run more smoothly, you are also encouraged to participate.
The conference generally has around 150 in attendance. Most are from the Mid-Atlantic region.
