  • Select the button above for registration category as veterinarian, technician or student.
     
  • Spaces will be filled in the order in which the laboratory and conference registrations are received. In past years, later registrants occasionally found labs filled. Those who find their choice of laboratory filled will be offered the opportunity to select an alternate lab amongst those still available or will have their laboratory fee monies refunded. 

  • Only General Session registrants may attend all laboratories (additional fees required) and all lectures. Special Technician Program registrants, who must be veterinary member sponsored technicians, may attend any Sunday lecture and the Basic Techniques lab on Sunday. 

     
  • Technicians are welcome to either pay the full fee and register as General Session registrants or to attend the Sunday only Special Technician Program. Special Technician Program registrants must have a sponsoring veterinarian who is a current member of MASAAV.

  • It is the MASAAV policy to only offer the listed session registration formats. No other one day or partial programs or combinations are available. 

     
  • All programs will be held at the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, Virginia.

  • General Session Registration for the 2 1/2 day General Session

    • Select the button above for registration category as veterinarian, technician or student to register online.

    • A printable copy of the registration brochure form is available for download, printing and then it can be mailed or faxed. It must be viewed with Adobe Acrobat® Version 7 or later.

  • Technician Special Program Registration for a special one-day Sunday program for veterinary-member-sponsored technicians which includes the Basic Techniques Laboratory.

    • Select the button above for registration category as technician to register online

    • A printable copy of the registration brochure form will be available for download, printing and then it can be mailed or faxed. It must be viewed with Adobe Acrobat® Version 7 or later.

  • A printable copy of all registration brochure forms are available on the Forms to Prints button. Follow directions on the forms or contact the MASAAV office if you have questions or need the forms mailed or faxed to you

  • The General Schedule discusses the tentative schedule for the three day period of the conference. Links are also available for the detailed schedule for each day:
