  • Great Wolf Lodge Resort and Waterpark is the conference hotel. Click here for driving directions.
  • A block of rooms is reserved for conference attendees. This block will be held until 18 March 2010. After that date, the special room rates will remain in effect, but are subject to availability.
  • Meals at the hotel are discounted for attendees who register in the conference hotel.
  • The special room rates are in effect for several days before and after the conference 25-27 April 2010, so extend your stay for a vacation and to see the many local attractions.

Students?

  • Student members, who register prior to 15 March 2010, may attend this conference at no cost, subject to the details below.
    • Refundable deposit of $100 is required at time of registration.
    • Refund is provided by check at the conference when checking into the conference.
  • After 15 March 2010, registration for the conference is $100 for students.
  • Full time currently enrolled veterinary and veterinary technician students are eligible to attend.
  • Must provide proof of current, active, student status
  • Attend General Session or any portion of it free if register prior to 15 March 2010, otherwise registration fee of $100 applies.

  • Written confirmation will be mailed several weeks before the conference and will confirm wet lab registration.

Refund Information?

  • Refunds will be made automatically for wet labs that are full, if no alternative is selected.
  • Refund requests must be in writing and must be received before 15 March 2010.
  • Refund, less 25% cancellation fee, can be made until 15 March 2010
  • After 15 March 2010 no refund can be made, even for emergencies.
